Esta iniciativa busca promover la inclusi\u00f3n social y econ\u00f3mica mediante la capacitaci\u00f3n en oficios t\u00e9cnicos y productivos, como crianza de cuyes, cultivos hidrop\u00f3nicos, soldadura met\u00e1lica, reposter\u00eda, tejidos y otros rubros adaptados a sus capacidades.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2705Los talleres, que se desarrollar\u00e1n durante todo el a\u00f1o, est\u00e1n enfocados en brindar herramientas pr\u00e1cticas para la autonom\u00eda y generaci\u00f3n de ingresos. \u00abQueremos que los participantes no solo adquieran habilidades, sino que tambi\u00e9n encuentren oportunidades reales de emprendimiento\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el responsable de DEMUNA. Cada m\u00f3dulo contar\u00e1 con instructores especializados y materiales adaptados, asegurando condiciones \u00f3ptimas de aprendizaje para todos los asistentes.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El alcalde Antonio Durand Trujillo destac\u00f3 que este programa refleja el compromiso de su gesti\u00f3n con la igualdad de oportunidades: \u00abEstamos rompiendo barreras para construir un distrito m\u00e1s inclusivo, donde nadie se quede atr\u00e1s\u00bb. La municipalidad articular\u00e1 estos talleres con ferias de emprendimiento y seguimiento personalizado, para que los participantes puedan comercializar sus productos.
