Pese a esta mejora, el distrito mantiene focos cr\u00edticos: Tambillo Grande acumula 13 contagios (42% del total), seguido por Las Palmas (4 casos) y Honolulu (3 casos). Ning\u00fan caso fue clasificado como grave, aunque se registraron 3 pacientes con se\u00f1ales de alarma atendidos en el Hospital de Tingo Mar\u00eda.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" draggable=\"true\" role=\"img\" class=\"emoji\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc68\u200d\u2695\ufe0f\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/16.0.1\/svg\/1f468-200d-2695-fe0f.svg\">El an\u00e1lisis demogr\u00e1fico revela que los adultos de 30 a 59 a\u00f1os son los m\u00e1s afectados (39%), con predominio femenino (61% de casos). Los serotipos DENV-1, DENV-2 y DENV-3 circulan activamente, especialmente en zonas como Cayumba (IA: 3.6%) y Bella (IA: 2.1%), catalogadas como \u00abalto riesgo\u00bb seg\u00fan el mapa entomol\u00f3gico. En contraste, Tambillo Grande \u2013pese a su alta incidencia\u2013 muestra bajo riesgo vectorial (IA: 0.5%).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" draggable=\"true\" role=\"img\" class=\"emoji\" alt=\"\ud83e\udd1d\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/16.0.1\/svg\/1f91d.svg\">Las autoridades destacan que el 74% de los diagn\u00f3sticos son casos confirmados (23\/31) e instan a reforzar medidas preventivas. \u00abLa reducci\u00f3n interanual es significativa, pero persisten zonas vulnerables donde la vigilancia debe intensificarse\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la Unidad de Epidemiolog\u00eda, que report\u00f3 cero fallecidos durante el periodo evaluado.
