Jefer J. Guzm\u00e1n \u00d1ahurima (Villa Rica, Pasco) y un panel de catadores acreditados. Organizado por la Gerencia de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico, Gesti\u00f3n Ambiental y Turismo, este proceso evalu\u00f3 las muestras finalistas bajo los estrictos protocolos de la Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), donde cada taza fue analizada en atributos como acidez balanceada, cuerpo sedoso y notas de frutos tropicales o chocolate oscuro.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" draggable=\"true\" role=\"img\" class=\"emoji\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc4d\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/16.0.1\/svg\/1f44d.svg\">Guzm\u00e1n \u00d1ahurima (Catador Q Grader Ar\u00e1bica y Tostador Profesional SCA) dirigi\u00f3 la evaluaci\u00f3n utilizando metodolog\u00eda de \u00abcata a ciegas\u00bb. Los criterios clave incluyeron:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" draggable=\"true\" role=\"img\" class=\"emoji\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd39\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/16.0.1\/svg\/1f539.svg\">Puntaje SCA (m\u00ednimo 85\/100 para categor\u00eda especialidad).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" draggable=\"true\" role=\"img\" class=\"emoji\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd39\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/16.0.1\/svg\/1f539.svg\">Complejidad arom\u00e1tica (identificaci\u00f3n de hasta 12 notas sensoriales).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" draggable=\"true\" role=\"img\" class=\"emoji\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd39\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/16.0.1\/svg\/1f539.svg\">Persistencia en boca (marcadores de calidad superior).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" draggable=\"true\" role=\"img\" class=\"emoji\" alt=\"\ud83e\udd1d\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/16.0.1\/svg\/1f91d.svg\">\u00abVarias muestras superaron los 85 puntos, revel\u00f3 el experto, destacando la influencia del microclima damasino en estos perfiles excepcionales.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" draggable=\"true\" role=\"img\" class=\"emoji\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc4f\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/16.0.1\/svg\/1f44f.svg\">El alcalde Ing.
